The intern will become familiar with all of ADVAN’s products and dashboards, the FiT product for the institutional investment community, the REveal and REPerspectives products for the Real Estate community. The right candidate will support the sales team from originating a deal, demonstrating the products, participating on sales calls/meetings, and supporting the clients throughout the sales pipeline.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing are a must. Strong organizational and analytical skills are also a plus.
The ideal intern will be someone who is ambitious, collaborative, and enthusiastic about learning and exploring new ideas. While prior experience and educational background in sales on finance or Real Estate related fields are preferred, we are open to work with candidates that are curious and eager to learn.

You will be responsible for creating and managing the sales pipeline. This will involve managing the relationship with the client across all stages of the sales pipeline, from identifying an opportunity, to successfully closing a deal, to supporting the client on a post sales capacity.
You should demonstrate great comfort on using the phone to communicate with prospects, leads and clients. Should have the ability to work on a fast-paced environment and be ambitious to participate in shaping the direction of the newly formed geolocation data industry by creating new leads.

This will involve managing the relationship with the client across all stages, from identifying an opportunity, to scheduling meetings and demonstrating the product, to supporting the prospect, to closing the deal and supporting the account on a post sales capacity.
You should demonstrate great comfort on using the phone/zoom to communicate with prospects and clients. Should have the ability to work on a fast-paced, target driven and results oriented environment.

The individual will work with the CTO team to enhance our existing geolocation products along with new complementary datasets. They would be instrumental on the design of new offerings and combining the various existing datasets into one concrete product. The main focus would be on applying statistical modeling to various structured and unstructured geolocation data for verifying the quality and integrity of the data, cleansing the data and extracting trading signals along with using them to calibrate existing forecasting models. It would also be required to write research reports describing our data and its applications. Part of the role will entail interaction with the business development team on client-driven projects.
The individual should demonstrate a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a proven record of working with innovative product teams, and be ambitious about participating in shaping the direction of the newly formed geolocation data industry.
